Bagging vs. making a brick house?

What is the difference between bagging and make a brick house? I understand the bagging is a "rough" finish, but are there other factors to consider, namely longevity, etc.? Is it only because aesthetics more than the houses are made, not in a Bag? I understand bagging is much cheaper than the record, so why do not more people choose this option? Also, is easier to hack bagging render? This does not bother me a "rough / mud hut 'sort of appearance - would be Bagging be my best option for my house, 2 storey red brick? Cost is a problem. Does anyone know of any sites where I can look at sample images of the bagging and the makeup made on houses? Can you please tell me the advantages and disadvantages between rendering and bagging?
