Dressing Thin?

I am a little twisted and I love it, actually I love him but lately I used waitbelts improve aspect of my curves. I recently had minor surgery that prevents me from wearing my belt now signature. Can anyone tell me other ways to get the same effect. Many of the clothes in the store now have empire waist (I think that is what they called) so I can not get the same effect. A colleague suggested I wear dark colors on top and light below. If someone can send photos or links to the curve accentuates the air, I'd love IT, so I can get an idea of what I should be looking for when I'm at the mall this afternoon. I have curves and I find that the following allows me to look thinner: A-line dresses that accent in my pants size with a bit of style --- too thin and you look like you are stuffed in them and too wide and you tend to look like a haystack. Just a little style can again focus on the size. Do not wear baggy top. Wear tops are not tight, but some form. Too baggy and they may look like tops Maternity and too tight in May reveal too many curves. Also, Check out this site ....
