Cinched Buckle

I need help with this saddle?

I do not know how to put together. im sorry, but i dont have any pictures of him. I can put them on the computer, but its a western saddle. you know when you buy a horse, it comes with a snap? although ours came with one of flexible synthetic fabric on the bottom of the girth. one side of the saddle where you're supposed to tighten the strap is not a loop. leather with holes, so I went around to see if the other has a loop. it doesn't. so that both sides of the saddle that has tha leather with holes Which i know how to inch strap on. both sides of the strap loops. If so, how should I put on the strap? thank you!

1.) Take the strap (Off billet or Latigo Off) on the right side of the saddle and fed by your cinch, then back through your Dee Ring of the saddle and again through your cinch ring. It loops through the language of the cinch ring. If it's just long enough to do it once, do it and do not bother to feed through the ring Dee and back through the strap a 2nd time. 2.)
