Need carnations, one for each hole. You can get kits that include eyelet-tool to fix the tissue with-places as Spotlight, Lincraft, or perhaps even Bargain stores, cheap. Mark where the grommets will go before you start. It's probably a good idea of having a double layer of fabric down the two bands will have eyelets on them, perhaps with a reinforcement material (lightweight Japara?) between the two, also.
