How do I apply for a large tote of baby clothes?

My friend is having a baby in November and she said she buy the Tote clothes on my part, I just have to tell him a price. There are tons of outfits in places as Walmart, Target, Baby's R Us, Gymboree, Old Navy, etc. The clothes are in very good condition, and some have never been worn. She is my friend, if I do not want to overdo it, but we could use the extra money, no matter how much it might be. How much would you sell it for?

I dislike not to name my price with friends, that's why I end up usually give all my friends want to buy ... not good. If you believe that same guilt / quirks as I'm naming a price, ask him how much she wants to pay for them. I am sure she has a number in my head what it can afford ... and go with it.
