How to clean a leather bag, thats very moldy?

I have a bag 100% genuine leather, is lined on the inside of the (nylon-i thinks) It's a beautiful bag, but the mold has penetrated into every pocket and is more or less 80% covered with mold. How on earth can I clean it? Washing machine? soak it? rub? any ideas or tips that will make this bag like new again? Cheers

with lots and lots of work! You do not want to soak and you do not want to put it in the washing machine. First you'll need to use a dry paper towel to remove the mold that you can leave Next Since mold spores that will always come back, you'll want to kill the mold that you can do this with a damp sponge and some water bleach. Just put a little bleach on a sponge (not much) and wipe the affected area. Now that you've done this using another sponge and wash the leather and nylon inside with a little hot water and vinegar, what they will do any bad smell from the mold after have removed all molds use some polish to refresh the leather after all this is sprayed inside with AquaNet hairspray, it helps to keep the mold away. ast, you'll want to air out the bag for at least 24 hours
