Pink Kissing Fish sick?

I had Pinky for the past month w / 4 other fish. It has continued and has recently been chased a fish other developed countries "ick" I treated the tank ASAP because I was afraid it also became ill. I changed his food to this new guy who looks like fruity pebbles cereal (tetra crisps) and she ate hasn't the same 2 days. It also floats or sitting on the bottom of the tank a lot since two days. Normally she sleeps there on the gravel, but even in the day, it sits there. Dont know whats wrong w / her. Can anyone help, it is my favorite fish.
