Why do people waste money on clothes when they can wear them for 29 days and return them for a full refund?

I always said: "An informed consumer is an educated consumer." This is very apparent in the clothes of my purchases. Friends, family, colleagues work are forced to give top dollar for designer clothes they may wear once or twice. Me on the other hand, shopping around all 3 weeks and buys clothing top of the line. I wear them for about 21 to 29 days and return them for a full refund. At this point the cycle repeats as I buy a new wardrobe with the intention to return within 30 days. One request in May - keep the tags on a problem? I say absolutely not.
